Our OCTA Partnerships
Utilita Giving is privileged to work with a number of partners who generously give us their expertise, experience, and time.
Through our One Call, That’s All (OCTA) pilot, we fund delivery partners and charity partners who provide direct, life-changing support to people facing fuel and food poverty. Alongside them, our learning partner helps us capture insights and evidence, so together we can grow our impact and share best practice across the sector.
This page celebrates the organisations who stand with us, helping to turn generosity into action. We’re proud to call them our partners.
How OCTA Works
One referral. One adviser. Joined-up support.
When someone is referred into OCTA, IncomeMax leads with a free, confidential income check to uncover unclaimed benefits, grants and savings. If urgent help is needed, Evouchers provides instant digital support for food and energy, and The Furnishing Service supplies essential household items to make homes safe and comfortable.
If debts are part of the picture, IncomeMax also provides access to an FCA-authorised debt adviser, managing a warm handover so customers never have to retell their story, and staying involved until the issue is resolved.
Unlocks income and connects customers to regulated debt advice
Rapid food and energy essentials via secure digital vouchers
Essential furniture and appliances to restore comfort at home

Our Charity Partners
Alongside our national delivery partners, OCTA funds nine full-time frontline advisers based within trusted charities across Luton and Leicester.
Each adviser provides in-person help — meeting people in their community, guiding them through their action plans, and linking back to IncomeMax, Evouchers and The Furnishing Service for joined-up support.
Although employed by different charities, these advisers work as one OCTA team. They share learning, coordinate casework, and support one another so that every person receives consistent, compassionate help no matter which charity they approach.
Together, they turn a single call into a complete circle of care — connecting national expertise with local relationships to achieve lasting impact.
