Through our One Call, That’s All (OCTA) pilot, we are helping people who are struggling to get the support they need, fast.

We are piloting an innovative online and place-based approach, which brings together trusted experts and local charities to provide practical, financial, and emotional support for those facing fuel and food poverty. We’ve designed it to be simple, fast and effective - because when someone’s struggling, they shouldn’t have to jump through hoops.
